Come and Check Out! the awesome Ghost fighting system with the founder and legend that is Phil Norman. We have had Phil come to CDA a number of times and it is always an amazing session.
Open to begineers and experienced alike, this system will help any martial artist that wishes to improve their stricking whilst not getting hit.
