A martial arts day of fun, fitness, training, and discovery. A challenging day of physical and mental activities designed for the martial arts warrior within you. Open to all levels and abilities., just be prepared to work hard, and really hard if not fit lol!

About the Event
This is a fun day that will push you but not break you. open to all levels and abilities.
We will have guest instructors coming to give a good mix of training throughout the day which will be great fun.
Activities will include hiking, Kickboxing, Grappling, Weapons and much more.
We will get chance to train in nature and also get some good hard training in.
Lunch is provided to keep you going and water and drinks.
Hopefully you will leave tired but with a smile on your face and a sense of achievement.
