About the Event
This is a fun day that will push you but not break you. open to all levels and abilities.
We have guest instructor Jeff Bleathman (Fight Shack) running a session on 4d combat clinch which will be great fun.
We will get chance to train in nature and also get some good hard training in.
Hopefully you will leave tired but with a smile on your face and a sense of achievement.
